Sacred Sleep is a handcrafted loose-leaf botanical blend created for those quiet moments when the day is done and you're ready to unwind.

A soft base of mullein and marshmallow leaf is layered with passionflower, skullcap, damiana, mugwort, chamomile and catnip, then finished with aromatic lavender grown, hand-picked and dried here at Migasoka Farm.

Each botanical has been selected to create a beautifully balanced evening blend — earthy, softly floral and aromatic without being overwhelmingly perfumed.

Our herbs are gently handled and blended in small batches, preserving the character of the leaves and flowers rather than grinding them into a fine powder.

Inside Sacred Sleep

Mullein Leaf — provides the soft, fluffy foundation of the blend.

Marshmallow Leaf — adds body and a mellow herbal character.

Passionflower & Skullcap — traditionally valued in Western herbal practice as calming herbs.

Damiana — an aromatic herb traditionally associated with relaxation and ritual.

Mugwort — a deeply traditional botanical with a long association with nighttime, dreams and ritual.

Chamomile & Catnip — gentle aromatic herbs traditionally used in evening herbal preparations.

Farm-Grown Lavender — grown, harvested and dried at Migasoka Farm, bringing a beautiful floral note to the finished blend.

Sacred Sleep wasn't created simply by choosing ingredients from a catalogue. It grew from our love of traditional herbalism and our belief that plants deserve to be understood individually — their aroma, energetics, traditional uses and the way they work alongside other botanicals.

Where possible, we grow our own herbs on the farm. Where we can't yet grow enough, we carefully source them while we establish our own plants.
