We believe where things come from matters.
We grow as many of our ingredients as possible on our own farm and source the rest locally, choosing Australian suppliers wherever we can. This helps limit our carbon footprint and keeps our supply chain close, traceable, and honest.
Many natural plants are becoming scarce or disappearing altogether. We work with what grows here, in season, and with respect — rather than relying on ingredients shipped from overseas, passing through countless hands before they reach you.
By keeping production small, local, and thoughtful, we reduce unnecessary transport, excess packaging, and the hidden costs that come with mass production.
This is slower. It’s more hands-on. And it’s intentional.
